- Welcome! My name is Nicola and I run Crafty Creatures Art & Craft Events and Parties throughout North East England. I have worked for 10 years initially with adults with a learning disability and then in a mental health setting for the NHS and Social Services. However, since having my son in 2005, I felt the time was right to explore other opportunities. In 1996 I graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a 2:1 degree in Art and Psychology and have recently felt that being creative no longer needed to be a hobby, instead it could become a way of life. Previous to Crafty Creatures I have exhibited and sold some of my work in Art Galleries and I remember how I felt so proud and excited at this. It is these feelings which I hope every individual who attends a Crafty Creatures event or party will feel.
