Well the summer is almost here! Along with working with Libraries across North Tyneside over the summer, you can also find Crafty Creature workshops at Sacriston Community Centre, Durham every Wednesday morning and at Ushaw Moor Children's Sure Start Centre every Thursday afternoon. At each venue there will be different themed crafts each week, so please contact the venue to find out more information. Hope to see you there!

- Welcome! My name is Nicola and I run Crafty Creatures Art & Craft Events and Parties throughout North East England. To book us for your party or event call 07966 297426 or email nicola@crafty-creatures.com - thanks for stopping by! A little about me... I have worked for 10 years initially with adults with a learning disability and then in a mental health setting for the NHS and Social Services. However, since having my son in 2005, I felt the time was right to explore other opportunities. In 1996 I graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a 2:1 degree in Art and Psychology and have recently felt that being creative no longer needed to be a hobby, instead it could become a way of life. Previous to Crafty Creatures I have exhibited and sold some of my work in Art Galleries and I remember how I felt so proud and excited at this. It is these feelings which I hope every individual who attends a Crafty Creatures event or party will feel.
